根据阀门设计分析的功能需要有机地将各类CAX软件进行无缝集成,利用彼此的优势解决了设计过程数据流通共享的问题,避免了信息孤岛的产生,同时利用各软件中间环节数据进行系统扩展,开发了集阀门设计、分析、评估报告自动生成于一体的快速设计平台。该平台的应用能够明显提高产品的设计质量,缩短新产品的设计开发周期,降低设计成本,同时产品设计人员不必关心CAX软件的专业使用问题。此研究成果为具有相似特征机械和机电产品提供了一种实用有效的设计开发技术与方法。

Based on the required function of valve design and analysis,we carried out a variety of CAX software integration,used each other’s strengths and multi-software integration technology to solve the problem of data sharing in circulation during the design process,and avoided the emergence of islands information.At the same time,we used of the software data in the system expansion,developed a valve design,analysis,evaluation reports automatically generated in one application platform.The platform can significantly enhance the application of product design quality and shorten the development cycle of new products and lower design costs,At the same time,product designers do not have to care about the major use of CAX.This research provides a practical and effective design techniques and methods for the similar characteristics of machinery and mechanical and electrical products.
