摘要
针对FNY—200C自动缝焊机对中装置对中精度低、运行稳定性差且不易实现对中自动化的缺点,进行了一系列改进。改进后的对中机构采用液压驱动,并利用反馈装置来实现对中过程的自动化。该对中装置结构简单、成本低廉、运行稳定,实现了镀锌生产线连续作业的自动对中要求,从而减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。
Because of the shortcoming of centering device of FNC—200C automatic seamwelding,such as low accuracy of alignment,poor stability of operating and difficult to realize the automation of alignment,we carried out a series of improvements.The improved centering device used hydraulic driving,and used feedback unit to realize the automation of alignment.It had simple structure,had low cost,and operated stably.It achieved the automation of alignment which was the demand of progressive production work of galvanizing line.Thereby it reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved the labor productivity.
