摘要
随着汽车高速化和轻量化要求的不断提高,对发动机的功率、体积和重量的要求也不断提高。在汽车发动机缸盖的设计开发中,应用有限元分析其结构强度、刚度,并建立有限元模型对其进行静强度分析及有限元模态分析,模拟缸盖结构在自由模态、约束模态下的固有频率和振型状态并进行计算,证实了该结构的可行性及可靠性。研究有效地缩短了设计周期,减少了反复试验和经验判断的误差,为推广有限元分析在企业的应用及对今后产品开发具有重要意义。
Along with the continuous request to a faster and lighter vehicle,the requirement on power,volume and weight of its engine are also enhanced.FE analysis technology is used to analyze the strength and rigidity at design and development of cylinder cover.During the whole research activities,the primary-designed cylinder cover geometric model was used to analyze the static strength of the cylinder cover with advanced FE analysis technology;Mode analysis completely simulate the inhere frequencies and vibration type of the cylinder cover under the free and restricted condition in the computer,and also calculate out the results,verified the feasibility and reliability of structure of the cylinder cover.Due to the successful research of this task,the design time has been shortened effectively and error at repeated tests and judgment by experience has also been reduced.It’s an important demonstration for the application of FE analysis technology in the enterprise and at the future development of products.
