工业机器人在冲压自动化生产线的应用

Application of Industrial robot in the automatic stamping production line

首先分析了目前机械手自动化生产线和机器人自动化生产线区别及优劣。然后以机器人自动化冲压线为例,分析了其机械部分的结构及特点,并对其进行了总体布局设计和电器监控设计。结果表明,的设计方案可同时实现单独控制和连线自动控制的功能,并可与安全总线一起构成安全防护系统,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。

It analyzes the difference,the advances and the shortcomings of the manipulator automatic production line and the industrial robot production line.Then the automatic stamping production line of the on-line washing robot is taken as an example to show the general distribution design and the control design of the electrical appliance,with its mechanical structure and characters analyzed.The result shows that the design scheme put forward in this paper can see the single-control and the automatic on-line control requirement.Moreover,it can form a security protection system together with the security bus.The achievements gained in this paper have practicality and reference value.
