摘要
通过高速钢微细电火花加工实验,探讨了峰值电流及脉冲宽度对加工高速钢的影响,得出提高高速钢的加工效率及改进加工表面粗糙度的规律,相关结论对研究高速钢微细电火花加工工艺特性具有理论指导意义。
Through a lots experiments of high speed steel micro-electrical discharge machining.the paper discussed the processing effect of peak current and pulse width ,and based on this condition it obtained some rules of improving the high speed steel processing efficiency and its surface roughness.This will actually produce a certain role in theoretical guidance to the high speed steel Micro-EDM processing characteristics.
