摘要
空压机系统的控制在整个空分过程中占有很重要的地位,承担着对其他设备提供具有一定压力气体的重要任务。将具有先进、可靠、灵活和操作简便特点的DCS系统应用于空压机控制系统,进行组态控制,实际运行效果表明组态后的空压机系统的控制更为简便、直观和有效,对空分系统的控制具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。
The control of the AIR-COMPRESSOR system take very important place in the process of air separation,supplying the certain pressure gas for other equipments.It use the DCS system that is good at trustiness,agility and reliable to operate,applying to the AIR-COMPRESSOR system and using the configuration to control it,the result of practice indicated that after configuration the control bacame more simple,convenient,intuitionistic and effective,it have a certain meaning of guidance and Reference in the control of air separation system.
