应用型本科人才的机械创新设计能力培养探索

Research on training the ability of Innovation about application type mechanical professional students

根据机械创新的思维方法、创新原理、创新技法,针对盐城工学院机械类专业"重基础理论、重创新精神、强实践技能、强综合素质"的应用型创新人才目标,结合工程实例,提出从打好创新基础、树立创新信心、勇于创新实践等三个方面着手培养机械类大学生创新能力,取得较好的教学效果。

According to mechanical creative thinking,theory,technique,and the aim‘emphasize basic theory,emphasize sense of innovation,strengthen practice,strengthen integration diathesis’of Yancheng Institute of Technology,Training the sense of innovation about mechanical professional students by following aspects：grounding innovative bases,building up innovative confidence,daring to innovative practice.The good teaching effect has been achieved.
