摘要
对飞机弹射座椅某活塞组件运动过程进行分析,通过理论计算得出铆钉在运动过程中的受力情况,并利用ANSYS有限元进行模拟。最后对活塞组件进行实际试验,从而对铆钉可能的失效现象进行全面检查和验证。
It presents movement analysis for a certain piston subassembly of aircraft ejection seat,and come to a distribution of forces on rivet in the course of movement by theoretic computation.In addition,the real condition is simulated by the Ansys software.Finally,the possible failure of the rivet is generally examined and validated by the real experiments for a certain piston subassembly.
