摘要
基于ANSYS软件,将MSG理论和有限元方法相结合,应用二次开发语言(APDL,UIDL,UPFs),以微铝箔试件为研究对象,开发了参数化的拉伸实验的仿真平台,可对不同尺寸和施加不同载荷的试件拉伸实验进行计算,并通过与实验结果的比较验证了有限元计算结果的准确性。
Combining the MSG theory and FEM,based on ANSYS,with its secondary development function(APDL,UIDL,UPFs),the simulation platform of the tensile experiment of Al film specimen was established.With this simulation platform,the different size tensile specimens with different load can be computed.Moreover,the finite element model was verified through comparing the result of FEM with the result of the experiment.
