摘要
刀具是钢格板剪床最主要的部件之一,在实验室测试剪切力的大小和力学计算基础上,确定了刀具材料、形状、热处理工艺,设计中运用了横向剪切理论和差时分段剪切技术,大幅度降低了剪切力。通过剪切试验和破坏性试验以最终确定刀具材料和结构形状,为钢格板剪床研制打下基础。
Cutter is one of the main components of a steel gratings shearing machine.The cutter material,shape,and the heat treatment process are determined on the basis of the force of shear and mechanical calculation.With the application of the transverse shear theory and the sub-shear technology in design,the force of shear is reduced greatly.Through shear test and destructive test,the cutter material and shape are eventually determined,which is the basis of producing a steel gratings shearing machine.
