摘要
文章针对冶金企业与绿色制造的特点,从评价指标体系、指标数据处理以及权重确定等方面对绿色冶金企业综合评价体系进行分析研究,介绍了一种基于主客观集成赋权的综合评价方法;建立了比较全面合理的绿色冶金评价指标体系;给出了定性指标和定量指标的数据处理方法;通过使用主客观集成赋权法确定指标权重,克服了使用单一方法赋权值的缺点,使得综合评价结果更加合理、可信。
n view of the characteristics of metallurgical enterprises and green manufacturing,this paper researched on the comprehensive evaluation system of green metallurgical enterprises from the evaluation index system,index data processing,as well as the determination of weight,introduced a comprehensive evaluation method based on the subjective and objective integrated empowerment;established a relatively comprehensive and reasonable green metallurgical evaluation index system;and given data processing methods of qualitative and quantitative indicators.Using the objective and subjective integrated method to determine indicators’weight,can overcome the shortcomings of using a single method and make comprehensive evaluation results more reasonable and credible.
