摘要
论述了不饱和聚酯玻璃纤维增强模塑料的强度与纤维定向和料团流变性能的关系,“溶解”型和“非溶解”型玻纤对DMC流变性能的影响。讨论了温度对塑料的粘度、流动和固化的关系,以及流变特性曲线如何显示聚酯模塑料在加温剪切下的流变行为。
This article diseusses the relation between the strength of unsaturated polyester moulding compounds reinforced with glass fibre and the orientation of fibre, and the effect of the 'soluble' size and 'insoluble' size of glass fibre on the rheologic behaviour of DMC. It also discusses the effect of the temperature on the viscosity, flow and cure properties for the plastics and the rheologic curve how to show the theologic behaviour of DMC in the course of heating and shearing.
