摘要
为探讨内皮素(ET)与降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的临床意义,采用放射免疫分析法测定了35例HIE新生儿血浆ET与CGRP含量变化。结果显示,HIE新生儿急性期血浆ET水平与对照组比较显著升高(p<0.01),恢复期较急性期明显降低(p<0.001),但仍明显高于对照组(p<0.001);急性期血浆CGRP含量较对照组明显降低(p<0.001),恢复期较急性期显著升高(p<0.01),但仍低于对照组(p<0.05)。提示,HIE新生儿血浆ET与CGRP含量变化可能与HIE的发生、发展有关。
To study the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels in neonates with hypoxia isthemic encephalophathy(HIE), plasma ET and CGRP levels were measured in 35 pntients with RIA. The results showed that the plasma ET levels were higher in patients at acute stage than those in the controls ( p < 0.001). The ET levels became lower at convalescent stage but were wtill higher than those in controls (p < 0.001). The plasma CGRP levels were lower in cases at acute stage than those in controls (p < 0.001). The levels were much higher at convalescent stage but still lower than those in controls (p < 0.05) . These data suggested that the changes of plasma ET and CGRP levels might be closely related to the onset and development of HIE.
