摘要
本文报道了正常人和骨质疏松患者的血清BGP、PINP含量。正常人和骨质疏松患者的血清BGP含量(x±s,μg/L)分别为8.98±3.24(n=40)和18.92±12.10(n=51);血清PINP的含量(x±s,μg/L)分别为42.39±21.35(n=37)和52.72±21.17(n=56)。骨质疏松组的血清BGP非常显著地高于正常人组(p<0.01);骨质疏松组的血清PINP显著高于正常人组(p<0.05)。 频率分析显示,两个组的血清BGP的频率分布存在很大差异,正常人组呈正态分布,骨质疏松组的高值显著增多。两个组的血清PINP的频率分布重迭面高达80%。 骨质疏松组的血清BGP和PINP之间的相关性非常显著(p<0.01)。
Serum BGP and PINP content in the healthy controls and patients with osteoporosis were measured with RIA. The serum BGP contents of the two groups (x+ s,ug/l) were 8.98+3.24(n = 40) and 18. 92±12.10(n = 51) respectively. The serum PINP contents were 42.39±21.35(n = 37) and52.72±21.17(n = 56). The serum PINP contents of the osteoporosis group were significantly higher values than in the those in the bealthy groups (p < 0.01). Compared with those in the healthy subjects, the serum PINP contents of the osteoporosis group were increased significantly (p < 0.05) .The frequency distribution of serum BGP contents between the two groups was different: the healthy group showed Gaussian distribution, high values were significantly increased in the osteoporosis group. The overlapping of the frequency distribution of the serum PINP between the two groups was high, amounting to 80% .The correlativity between BGP and PINP in the osteoporosis group was significant (p < 0.01) .
