摘要
通过理论推导与有限元分析,系统研究了外载水平、材料性质及结构受力状态对干涉配合疲劳强化的影响。研究结果表明:干涉配合中干涉量的选用不仅与材料性质有关,还与外载荷的大小、连接孔的尺寸等有关。通过分析计算这些影响干涉量选用的因素,推导出了干涉配合中干涉量的选用准则。并根据边界条件得到材料疲劳极限的估算公式,为以后的研究和生产提供了理论依据。
The effect of loading level,material properties and stress state on the interference fatigue-strength is investigated by Finite Element Method.The result showed that the interference selected for a jointed parts is related to the material properties、loading level and the size of interference-hole.The reasonable interference size was determined by analyzing the all kinds of the condition.Finally,the model on materrial's fatigue-limit is ontained.It is the basis for further study on the fatigue-strengthen method of interference-fit.
