摘要
芯轴对于薄壁管件弯曲成形质量有很大影响。通过对薄壁管弯曲成形工艺及各类芯轴结构分析,建立了基于仿真的参数化模型,可实现芯轴快速设计。建立了芯轴组件的实体装配模型,通过运动仿真获取芯轴运动到极限位置时的最小弯曲半径和最大弯曲角度等参数。并利用有限元分析结果验证芯轴结构参数的合理性。
Mandrel has great influence on the quality of bending process of thin-walled tube.Based on analyzing the bending process of thin-walled tube and the structure of various types of mandrel,a parametric model of mandrel is established,and rapid design of the mandrel can be realized.A solid assembly model of the mandrel is set up,the minimum bend radius and maximum bend angle when the mandrel moves to the limit position are obtained through motion simulation of the model.The rationality of structure parameters of the mandrel is verified by the finite element analysis.
