介绍了国外K系列冷作工模具钢的种类、性能和应用。分析了国内外在冷作工模具钢方面的差距。有关文献表明,发达国家冷作工模具钢的种类多而全,性能具有无缝化的特点,能满足各行业的需求。发达国家由于采用了先进的炼钢技术,如真空炉外精炼,电渣重熔,真空电渣重熔及粉末冶金等,使钢材质量发生了质的飞跃。我国要改变冷作工模具钢质量和品种方面的落后面貌,必须推广应用先进的炼钢工艺。

Sorts,properties and applications of series K cold work tool and mould steels in developed countries were introduced.The deficiencies in cold work tool and mould steels in China were analyzed compared with those in developed countries.The literatures concerned show that the developed countries possess a great variety of cold work tool and mould steels and can satisfy various property requirements of users.A leap in the quality of steel products has been realized in developed countries due to the applications of such advanced steelmaking practices as VOD,ESR,VMR and PM.The advanced steelmaking practices are to be extensively utilized to put an end to the backwardness of sort and quality of cold work tool and mould steels in China.
