摘要
按传统观点,钢件淬火裂纹的产生有钢材冶金质量不良、锻造缺陷、热处理工艺不当、工件形状不合理等原因。采用H13钢试块研究了淬火后未及时回火、脱碳、形状不良、过热或在淬火温度下长时间保温对H13钢真空淬火开裂倾向的影响。结果表明,工件脱碳、形状不良、淬火后不及时回火和过热与H13钢真空淬火开裂没有必然的因果关系。
According to a traditional viewpoint the quenching cracking of steel part arises from bad metallurgical quality,forge defect,inapposite heat treatment process or unreasonable workpiece configuration.The effect of factors such as delay tempering after quenching,decarburizing,bad workpiece configuration,overheating or long duration at austenitizing temperature on the tendency of H13 steel to cracking during vacuum quenching was investigated by using test block.The results show that there is no certain causality among the decarburizing and bad configuration of workpiece,the delay tempering after quenching,overheating and the vacuum quenching cracking for H13 steel.
