摘要
Cr12钢冷作模具经热处理和磨削后,在静置中产生脆性开裂。采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察、化学成分分析和硬度测试等方法对开裂模具进行了分析。结果表明,模具的开裂系由于回火不充分,碳化物粗大,加上后期的不良磨削、铣削加工所至。提出了相应的改进措施。
The brittle cracking occurred in cold working die of Cr12 steel in the process of standing after heat treating and grinding.The failed die was investigated by means of optical microscope,scan electron microscope,che-mical composition analysis and hardness test.The results show that the die cracking arises from insufficient tem-pering,coarse carbides,improper grinding and milling.The corresponding improvements have been put forward.
