摘要
针对精炼炉控制的工艺要求,设计了基于西门子的控制系统,提出应用西门子S7-400 PLC硬件及其编程软件STEP7的设计方案,对该控制系统的PLC组成、PLC硬件组态、程序设计做详细说明;并且使用STEP7软件的S7-PLCSIM仿真功能对控制系统的程序进行了调试和监控。该控制系统运用HMI操作系统,缩短了生产流程,减轻员工的工作量,大大提高了故障诊断和维护能力。
A control system based on Siemens is designed according to processing requirements for finery control. The design scheme,to which the Siemens S7-400 PLC hardware and its programming software are applied,is given to detail the control system including PLC composing,PLC hardware configuration and program design. Using the S7-PLCSIM simulation function of STEP7 software,programs of the control system was debugged and monitored. Utilizing HMI operating system,the control system has shortened the production process,reduced the workload of staff and enhanced the ability of fault diagnosis and maintenance greatly.
