摘要
本实验定量研究螺旋神经元耳毒性变性消失后分布的现象,供人工耳蜗极阵设计用。耳蜗光镜神经元计数结果显示:神经元存活数指向蜗顶的非线性增长,电极排列应作相应得非等距排列。临床人工耳蜗植入验证语音辨别力提高65%。
The objective of the experiment is to estimate subsequent to ototoxicity quantitatively the number and distribution of neuron remaining in the spiral ganglion for improving the electrode array of cochlear implant. The counts of residual neuron was assessed in a series of section under light microscopy. The resulting indicates that a non-linearity growing of survivor towards the apex and new non-equadistance of electrode array is recommended. Clinical trials reveals the 65% intelligibility scores was obtained with the nwe non-equadistance of electrode array in 11 cases of profound deafness.
