摘要
从年费用法的基本原理出发,通过分析年费用的构成,推导出了较合理的年固定分摊率的计算方法。对DL/T5339—2006《火力发电厂水工设计规范》提出了修改建议。
Starting from the basic principle of the annual cost method,according to the analysis of the annual cost composition,the more rational calculation method of the annual fixed charge rate was deduced.Some revising suggestions on DL/T 5339—2006 'code for hydraulic design of fossil fuel power plants' were put forward.
