Optimization of Vacuum Pipelines of Count-flow Condenser in Direct Air-cooling Unit

在某些直接空冷机组中,抽真空管道设计管径不合理,导致抽真空管道阻力过大,因此,对逆流凝汽器抽真空管径进行计算,而且对安装了滤汽阀的抽真空管道进行了优化设计,解决了抽真空管道压力损失过大的问题,提高了真空泵的抽吸能力。

The design of vacuum pipelines＇diameter is unreasonable, so the resistance of ducting is too large in some air-cooling unit. Therefore, the diameter of vacuum pipelines is calculated and the vacuum pipelines that steam filter valves were installed are optimized to solve the problem of excessive pressure losses of vacuum pipelines and improve the pumping capacity of vacuum pumps.
