摘要
针对超临界锅炉过热器联箱管座频繁出现开裂的问题,对典型的开裂管座宏观形貌、显微组织、力学性能以及断口微观形貌进行了分析,结果表明管座开裂是由于其在服役过程中承受了双向的弯曲循环载荷所导致的,这是超临界机组要加强监督的重点。
According to the frequent cracking problem of supercritical boiler superheater header tube socket, the typical crack tube socket macro-morphology, microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology were analyzed, the results showed that the cracking was due to its two-way bending cyclic loading in service, which is the focus of supervision for supercrital units.
