摘要
古籍普查与古籍数字化是新世纪与古籍相关的两个重大课题。笔者分析了两者在对象、数量、主持、手段、模式、成果、目的及意义等方面的联系和区别。认为目前古籍数字化仍处在前期准备阶段,古籍普查是数字化的前提,是数字化前期准备阶段中的基础工作。古籍普查的运作模式为数字化提供借鉴,数字化也给普查提出要求。
General survey and digitization of Chinese ancient books are two significant projects about Chinese ancient books in the new century.This paper analyzes the relationship and difference between the two in object,number,host,means,pattern,result,aim and significance.It thinks digitization of Chinese ancient books is in the pre-preparation phase,and general survey of Chinese ancient books is a prerequisite to digitization.It is the basic work in the pre-preparation phase of digitization.The models of general survey can offer a reference way to digitization,and digitization also claim to general survey.
