糖尿病患者的健康教育在治疗中的意义探讨

目的：探讨糖尿病患者的健康教育在治疗中的意义.方法：选取本院2009年1月-6月收治的90例糖尿病患者进行系统的健康教育,在患者入院前发放自制的糖尿病及相关知识调查表,经过6个月的健康教育后,发放相同的调查表进行问答,对比观察健康教育前后患者糖尿病及相关知识水平的变化状况.结果：健康教育前后,本组病例的糖尿病及相关知识知晓情况有明显改善,统计数据具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：在糖尿病患者的治疗中,健康教育有助于患者了解自身病情,养成良好的健康行为习惯,并积极配合医护人员进行各项治疗.

Objective： Discusses diabetic＇s health education in the treatment significance. Methods：Selects 90 example diabetic who this courtyard in January,2009 -- in June admits to carry on the system the health education before,is hospitalized in the patient to provide self--made the diabetes and the related knowledge examination table,after passes through 6 month--long health educations, provides the same examination table to carry on the question and answer, around the contrast observation health education patient diabetes and the correlation state--of--art change condition. Resuits：Around the health education, this group of case of illness diabetes and the correlation knowledge know the situation to have the distinct improve- ment,the statistical data have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In diabetic＇s treatment,the heatth education is helpful in the patient understood own condition, forms the good healthy behavior habit, and coordinates the medical care personnel to carry on each treatment positively.
