目的：探讨护理干预对原发性高血压依从性和疗效的作用.方法： 2009年1月-2009年12月选择在我院就诊的高血压患者120例随机分为观察组及对照组各60组,对照组患者就诊时,常规介绍高血压基本知识,发放健康教育资料;观察组在对照组的基础进行下列护理干预：健康教育、心理支持、生活方式指导、服药指导.结果： 观察组依从性提高、血压达标及有效率增加,与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论： 护理干预有利于依从性的提高和治疗效果的改善.

Objective： Discusses nursing to intervene complies and the curative effect function to the primary hypertension. Methods： In January, 2009 -- December,2009 chooses divides into the observation group and control group each 60 groups stochastically when my courtyard seeing a doctor patients with elevated blood pressure 120 examples, the control group patient seeing a doctor, the conventional introduction hypertension elementary knowledge,provides the health education material;The observation group carries on the following nursing intervention in control group＇s foundation：The health education, the psychological support, the life style instruction, takes medicine the instruction. Results：The observation group complies the enhancement,the blood pressure standards and effectiveness increases,has the significance difference with the control group comparison （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nurses the intervention to be advantageous to the compliance enhancement and the treatment result improvement.
