妇产科输卵管性不孕症的临床分析

目的：探讨妇产科输卵管性不孕症的治疗方法及临床效果.方法： 选取我科2007年6月至2009年6月收治的输卵管性不孕症80例患者为研究对象,该组患者均采用保守方法治疗,其中40例采用宫腔输卵管灌注加抗生素治疗（对照组）,40例在对照组的基础上加用中药内服、灌肠治疗（对照组）,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果： 治疗组治愈22例,其中分娩14例,现孕两个月以上5例,流产3例,显效8例,有效6例,总有效率为90.0%（36/40）显著高于对照组75.0%（30/40）,P〈0.05.结论： 中西医结合治疗输卵管性不孕症疗效较好,值得临床推广.

Objective：Discusses the gynecology and obstetrics department oviduct sterility the method of treatment and the clinical effect. Methods： Selects my branch from June,2007 the oviduct sterility 80 example patients who admits to June,2009 is the object of study,this group of patients use the conservative method treatment,40 examples use the palace cavity oviduct irrigation to add the antibiotic treatment （control group） ,40 examples add in control group＇s foun- dation with the Chinese native medicine take orally,the sausage treatment （control group） ,compared with two group of patient＇s clinical enrative effeets. Resuits：Treats the group to cure 22 examples,in which childbirth 14 examples, presently is pregnant two month above 5 examples, miscarries 3 examples, shows results 8 examples, the effective 6 examples, the total effectiveness is 90. 0 % （36/40） obviously is higher than control group 75.0% （30/40）,P〈0. 05. Condusion：The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment oviduct sterility curative effect is good,is worth the clinical promotion.
