目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法：将100例分泌性中耳炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采用口服抗生素、糖皮质激素,鼻腔局部应用减充血剂,鼓膜穿刺抽液,咽鼓管吹张等治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加服盐酸氨溴索,对比观察其疗效.结果：治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应.结论：盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎安全有效.
