摘要
目的:探讨脑膜瘤的常规磁共振成像(MRI)表现及临床相关性.方法:49例脑膜瘤分别行自旋回波(SE)T1wI(TR350~500ms,TE15ms)和快速自旋回波(FSE)T2wI(TR2000ms,TE90ms).分析MRI表现,总结、归纳出诊断脑膜瘤的主要依据.结果:平扫可显示肿瘤的发生部位、大小、形态、密度、信号、边缘及瘤周水肿,增强扫描可显示病变的血供情况.结论:MRI扫描技术可清晰准确地显示脑膜瘤的范围、部位、形态及密度、信号特征,为临床手术治疗提供明确的定位、定性信息和诊断论据.
Objective:Discusses the meningioma the conventional magnetic resonance image formation (MRI) performance and the clinical relevance. Methods:49 example meningiomas distinguish the good spinning echo (SE)T1w1(TR350-500ms,TE15ms) and the fast spinning echo (FSE) T2w1(TR2000ms,TE90ms). Analyzes the MRI performance, summarizes,induces the diagnosis meningioma the main basis. Results: Sweeps evenly may demonstrate the tumor the occurrence spot, the size, the shape, the density, the signal, the edge and lump week dropsy, the enhancement scanning may demonstrate the pathological change the blood supplies the situation. Conclusion: The MRI scanning technology may accurately demonstrate clearly the meningioma the scope, the spot, the shape and the density, the signal characteristic, treat for the clinical surgery provide the explicit localzation, the qualitative information and the diagnosis argument.
