我单位是一所综合性的社会福利机构,主要为孤寡老人、孤残儿童、＂三无＂精神病人服务,同时面向社会开放,开展精神病人收治以及养老服务.和医院护理相比,福利机构的护理有很多的不同之处,病人的流量小,危重病例少,先进护理技术和设备的使用与综合性医院相差太多,更多的是生活护理和入住服务对象的管理.我们的护理对象大多是政府收养,没有家庭亲人的照顾,护理人员要承担起照顾的责任,一切以服务对象为中心,努力实践＂不是亲人胜似亲人＂的承诺,没有一套完善的制度是很难实现的.多年来,制定的很多规章制度在单位的管理中发挥了重要的作用,但是这些传统的管理方法与ISO9000标准相比缺乏系统性,部门与部门之间、各项工作之间结合比较松散.为了适应新形势,拓宽新思路,寻求新发展,2003年中心决定引入ISO9000质量管理体系,借助ISO9000的管理方法进一步规范我们的服务行为,改进服务质量.

Compares with the hospital care, welfare activity nursing has very many similarities,patient＇s current capacity is small, the seriously injured case of illness are few, nurses technical and the equipment use and the general hospital difference advanced too are many, more is life nursing and enters the service object the management. Our nursing object mostly is the government adopts,does not have the family family member＇s attendance, the nursing staff to have to undertake the attendance responsibility,all take service object as a center, practices ＂is not diligently the family member surpasses the family member＂ the pledge,set of perfect systems have not been very difficult to realize. For many years, the formulation very many rules and regulations has played the vital role in unit＇s management, but these traditional management and the ISO9000 standard compare lack the systematic characteristic, between between the department and the department, each work unify quite loosely. In order to adapt the new situation, opens up the new mentality, seeks the recent development,in 2003 the center decided introduces the ISO9000 quality control system,with the aid of ISO9000 management further standard our service behavior,improvement grade of service.
