分析了国内塑料机械行业发展存在的一些弊端,提出了解决这些弊端的一些建议。重新认识塑料机械的特性、功能,扭转塑料机械研发的传统理念;以市场塑料制品发展为导向,着力自主创新,开发核心技术。汽车、医疗、饮料包装、3"C"、航空航天、大型复合管道等新颖塑料制品的成型设备是塑料机械研发的重点,节能、高速、高效、精密、环保、网络化、智能化、专用性、特定性、功能化等是塑料机械性能的科学发展方向。

Reconsider the characteristics, functions of the plastics machinery, reverse the traditional idea of the research and development of plastics machinery. Take the market plas- tics products development as the guidance, innovate independently to develop core technolgies. The au- tomobile, medical, dicnk packing, 3＂C＇, aerospace, large scale compound pipeline, etc. are the key of research and development on plastics machinery. And the energy consernation, high speed, high effi- ciency, precise, environment friendly, network and intellectualization, etc. are scientific development directions of plastics machinery properties.
