摘要
选用了25种玻璃贴膜和汽车贴膜,通过消解后测试了贴膜中28种金属和非金属元素。实验表明:除汞以外,27种元素均被检出,其中部分元素如镍和钛的最高质量比高达1850mg/kg和2040mg/kg,重金属铬检出率达到80%,最高达257.6mg/kg,其可能对环境产生影响,值得引起注意。本次测试较为全面地分析了目前市场上各种玻璃贴膜中添加的元素和其添加量,希望此数据能为玻璃贴膜中各种元素对于环境的影响评估提供依据,为行业规范提供支持。
25 kinds of glass pastes have been selected, the concentration of 28 elements was tested in these pastes. The experiment showed that, expect the mercury, 27 elements have been tested in these pastes. The maximum concentration of nickel and titanium is up to 1850 mg/kg and 2040 mg/kg, re- spectively. The maximum concentration of the chrome is up to 257.6 mg/kg, which may be impact on the environment. The research showed that the distribution of various elements in glass pastes and may be useful for evaluate the influence on the environment.
