摘要
应力集中区布置的巷道变形严重,极不稳定,严重影响了矿井的正常生产和安全。在对平禹煤电公司二矿巷道失稳变形破坏和地质及技术资料分析的基础上,指出了该矿巷道破坏的原因,设计了"三锚"、钢筋梯和注浆联合支护体系,并进行了巷道支护改革试验。通过合理选择施工工艺、巷道支护结构与支护技术参数,改被动支护为主动支护,使巷道变形得到控制,其效果明显。
Deformation of laneway in stress-concentrated area is very serious.It is very unstable.This affects heavily normal production and safety.On the basis of analyzing laneway deformation,geological and technical data,causes of laneway deformation in No.2 Coal Mine of Pingyu Coal Electricity Co.,Ltd.were pointed out.The jointed supporting system,which is composed of 3 kinds of anchor bolts,reinforcing steel and grouting,was designed.This supporting system was tested in this coal mine.Based on reasonable choice of construction technics,supporting structure of roadway,technology parameters of supporting,the foregoing passive support was changed into active support,the deformation of roadway was controlled effectively,and achieved good effects.
