摘要
矿井用通风机有着很大的变频节能潜力,针对矿井风机的运行特点,分析了风机类负载的特性,提出了利用变频技术对风机进行控制改造的可行性和经济性。设计了工频—变频切换电路,阐明了使用变频器控制风机应注意的问题,对改善风机的运行效果具有重要的应用价值。
Mine Fans in coal mine have great conservation space using frequency conversion.This thesis aimed at the operational characteristics of mine fans,analyzed the features of mine fan-type load.Based on theses material,the feasibility and economy which use the frequency technology to reform mine fans′ control system was put forward.The commutator circuit was designed between the power frequency and variable frequency,it also clarified the problems of using variable frequency device to control mine fans.This will be of important economic value to improve the running effect of mine fans.
