岩巷机械化掘进设备在跃进煤矿的应用

Application of Rock-roadway Mechanical Excavation Equipment in Yuejin Coal Mine

随着岩巷机械化掘进设备在煤矿的推广应用,跃进煤矿-200 m西大巷岩巷掘进面装备了全液压掘进钻车和侧卸装岩机。实践证明,新的施工工艺与传统的岩巷掘进面设备及施工工艺相比,从设备与人员配备、劳动强度与劳动效率、以人为本与安全管理方面均有了较大的改善,为岩巷掘进面装备机械化设备提供了可借鉴的技术经验。

In recent years,mechanized rock excavation equipment have been gradually promoted and applied.Hydraulic driving machines and side discharge loader were introduced on rock driving face of-200 m west main roadway in Yuejin Coal Mine.Practice showed that,compared with traditional equipment and construction process on driving face,the new construction process has improved in the following respects,such as device configuration and manning level,labor intensity and labor efficiency,people-oriented management and security.The improvements of above respects have achieved remarkable economic benefit,and provided valuable technical experience to rock excavation equipment equipping on driving face in rock roadway.
