摘要 特软煤层综采放顶煤工作面在生产过程中频繁发生片帮冒顶事故,严重制约了安全生产。结合新安煤矿具体情况,采取严格控制支架高度、加强煤体注水、带压擦顶移架等措施,成功地解决了综采放顶煤工作面片帮冒顶这一难题,大幅度提高了工作面单产水平,保证了安全生产,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Rib spalling and roof fall accidents happen frequently in extra-soft coal seam on fully-mechanized top coal caving face in the process of production,which restricted the normal safety production seriously.According to the special conditions of Xin′an Coal Mine,with the application of taking strictly control the scaffold high,strengthening coal bed water injection with sliding advance of support,rib spalling and roof fall problems on fully-mechanized top coal caving face have been successfully resolved,significantly increased the yield level of face,ensured the safe production,achieved good economic and social benefits.
