摘要
目的探讨不同方法治疗宫颈妊娠大出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析3例宫颈妊娠的治疗经过,1例应用介入与氨甲喋呤联合治疗,2例应用天花粉蛋白肌内注射或宫颈注射。结果 3例均治愈,避免了切除子宫。结论根据病情,应用不同方法联合保守治疗宫颈妊娠,已成为主要的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate curative effects of different methods on cervical pregnancy.Methods Three cases of cervical pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.One case was treated with interventional operation combined with chemotherapy（MTX）,the other two cases injected trichosanthin through intramuscular or cervical.Results All three cases were successfully cured,as to avoid hysterectomy.Conclusion Different methods should be combined to treat cervical pregnancy according to patient′s condition.
