腔内镜技术治疗前列腺摘除术后前列腺部尿道狭窄

THE TREATMENT OF CONSERVATIVE OPERATION FOR TUBAL PREGNANCY WITH LAPAROSCOPE (ANALYSIS OF 31 CASES)

该文报告用内镜技术治疗１０例前列腺摘除术后并发前列腺部尿道狭窄病人。１０例病人均因前列腺增生接受前列腺摘除手术，术后半年至２年内出现排尿困难。尿流率测定示膀胱颈出口梗阻，最大尿流率为（６．８９±１．５）ｍｌ／ｓ。术前膀胱尿道镜检显示前列腺部尿道狭窄，硬膜外麻下行经尿道前列腺部尿道狭窄段电切术，术后一月复查尿流率，最大尿流率为（１８．３±０．８）ｍｌ／ｓ，比术前明显改善。

Objetive: To evaluate the treatment of conservative operation for tubal pregnancy with laparoscope and to study the operation indication. Methods:Thirty-one patients suffered from tubal pregnancy were performed the conservative operation with laparoscope. Result: All the patients suffered from tubal prengancy had been performed this conservative operation successfully. The average time of operation was 1.17 hour. The average hospital stay was 6.3 days. No death and complication occured. Twenty-five patients were tracked after charging from hospital and showed normal HCG.The ultrasound-B examination of oviduct hadn't any lump in thirty-one patients. The examination of water injection on oviduct in twenty-three patients were unobstructed, two patients were partly unobstructed. Conclusion: The method of conervative operation for tubal pregnancy with laparoscope is safe and easy. The oviduct is preserved. The advantages of conservative operation for tubal pregnancy with laparoscope not only had less trauma, quicker recovery time, fewer complication and regained the function of oviduct, but also the fertility of women of childbearing age was preserved and the recurrence rate of tubal pregnancy was reduced.
