摘要
110 kV及以下配电网是电网的重要组成部分,也是地市的重要基础设施。江西配电网经过"十一.五"的建设与改造,在网架结构、供电能力、供电可靠性等方面得到了一定程度的提升,但仍然存在结构薄弱、供电能力不足、装备水平不高等突出问题,与江西省电力公司建设坚强智能电网的要求还存在着较大的差距。本文对江西配电网现状进行了差异化分析,通过对存在问题的剖析,提出了江西配电网建设改造重点。
110 kV and lower voltage distribution network is an important part of power system and infrastructure in the city. After the construction and reconstruction according to the eleventh five-year plan, Jiangxi distribution network has made rapid progress on network structure, power supply capacity and reliability. However, it has not met the requirements of strong and smart grid construction in Jiangxi. Because there are problems still exist such as weak construction,deficient power supply and poor equipments. In this paper, differential analysis of Jiangxi distribution network state is conducted and priority of Jiangxi distribution network constraction is put forward.
