摘要
整体煤气化联合循环兼顾了能源高效利用和环境保护,是发电行业一个新的发展方向,而气化炉则是煤气化过程的核心部件。围绕气化炉的非线性、高耦合、大延迟的动态特性,首先对气化炉进行了机理分析,建立了机理模型,然后将预测PID算法应用于气化炉控制系统,并基于matlab simulink对系统进行仿真,证明预测PID控制具有良好的控制精度,响应速度快,其控制效果优于常规PID控制方式。
The Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) technology, a development orientation of power generation, is highly concerned for its characterization of both high efficiency and environment friendly. Gasifier is the key technology of the IGCC. The mechanism of the selected gasifier is analyzed and the corresponding mechanism model is established according to the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear, highly coupled and large delay. Then the L-Predictive PID algorithm is applied to gasifier control system. Simulation of the system is processed based on matlab simulink. The result shows that L-Predictive PID control has characteristics of good robustness, fast response and better control.
