摘要
220 kV隔离开关极间连杆在使用中发生断裂,通过宏观和微观检查,发现连杆螺牙根部在较大应力作用下萌生的细小裂纹是失效的主因,长条状夹杂物加速了连杆断裂。
The phase to phase connecting rod of 220kV disconnector fractured in service. By means of macroscopic inspection and metallographie examination, the conclusion was drawn that high stress inducing micro cracks at the root of connecting rod bolt was the main factor of failure, the process of which was accelerated by strip-shaped inclusions.
