秦简《律书》生律法再探

Re-Investigate On the Laws of Temperaments Producing of Lv Shu (Book of Temperament) on Bamboo Slips in Qin Dynasty

甘肃天水放马滩出土的秦简《律书》,其五音十二律均由三分损益生律法以"先损后益"生成。据《律书》透露出的信息,对于六十律律制的理论探索,可能在战国晚期已经萌生。以往所知,十二律的律数和大数最早见于两汉文献;而秦简《律书》有关律数和大数的记述,则表明十二律生律法理论在战国晚期已经相当完备。

According to the bamboo slips, the pentatonic scale and Shi Er lv （12 the laws of temperament of Sanfen Sunyi, the Chinese scaling is using the same calculations as Pythagoras did, based on2：3 （perfect fifth） ratios （8：9, 16：27, 64：81, etc.）. Therefore, that the theorical exploring on the temperament system of Liu Shi Lv problely came out in the late Warring States. The Number of Shi Er Lv, as knew in the past, was first seen in the literatrue in Two Hans Dynasties; while the descriptive record on the number of temperament in Lv Shu on Bamboo Slips in Qin Dynasty showed that the theory of laws of Shi Er Lv temperaments producing had been completed relatively in the late Warring States.
