摘要
为了防止变压器分接头和电容器开关频繁动作,通过一种设备状态诊断法建立了变电站电压无功多目标控制模型。该诊断方法根据控制设备连续动作时间间隔、已动作次数、电压无功越界持续时间分别引入惰性因子、比例因子和越限指标,构成变电站电压无功多目标控制模型,并结合NSGAⅡ多目标进化算法进行求解。实例表明,改进方法在保证电压无功质量的同时,有效地解决了控制设备频繁动作问题,具有很好的实用性和有效性。
By evaluating the state of the equipment,the voltage/reactive power multi-objective control model of the substation is established.The method introduces inertia factor,proportionality factor and limit-exceeded indicator to construct multi-objective control model,according to the time interval between equipment operations,operation times and the time of voltage/reactive power exceeding limits.Model is solved by NSGAⅡ(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm).The examples verify that the method can handle the problems of equipment which operates frequently and ensure the power quality.It is a method with practicability and effectiveness.
