Morality-oriented Crisis Management for Modern Enterprises

随着经济全球化的进一步推进,各类企业危机频发且类型更多、程度更深,对现代企业的影响也越来越大。本文从以德为先的内涵说起,分析了现代企业危机管理过程中以德为先的重要性,提出应从道德教育、法制宣传两方面保证以德为先危机管理的顺利开展,并从实、信、效、法、威五方面阐述以德为先危机管理的具体实施路径。

With the further advance of economic globalization,numerous corporate crises break out with increasingly higher frequency and more serious impacts,which bring about fatal blows to modern enterprises.Based on the connotation of morality orientation,the paper analyzes the importance of morality-oriented principles in crisis management.It states that both the morality education and legal advocacy should be launched coincidentally so as to guarantee the smooth practice of crisis management.And it also lists practical routes in terms of fact,credit,efficiency,law and authority.
