摘要
针对从4种真菌中提取超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)过程中破壁方法的研究,得到一种最有效的真菌破壁方法。实验过程中采用SOD抑制邻苯三酚的自氧化,根据每隔1 min自氧化速率的变化,通过对研磨法、超声波法、高压匀浆法和助融剂(异丙醇)法等4种破壁方法的研究,对几种产SOD的真菌菌种活性进行方差分析以及对破壁方法进行多重比较,从而筛选确定出最适合的破壁方法。实验分析结果表明:助融剂融化破壁法处理后,SOD活性明显高于其它3种方法。
In light of the research on the wall-breaking methods in the process of extracting SOD from fungi,the most effective wall-breaking method was found.With reference to the changing rate of oxidation per minute,Superoxide Dismutase activity of wall-breaking fungi processed by grinding,ultrasonic wave,high pressure homogenizer,help financial agent(isopropyl aicohel) were measured respectively by self-oxidation of pyrogallol.Based on the above four wall-breaking methods,an analysis of the variance of the activity of the fungi producing SOD and a multiple comparison of wall-breaking methods were conducted.The results suggest that SOD activity processed by help financial agent(isopropyl aicohel) was significantly higher than that of the other three methods.
