摘要
应用Fluent软件,建立了冷凝式燃气壁挂炉的管壳式潜热换热器的三维四面体网格模型。采用CFD和k-ε湍流模型进行模拟计算,得到了有代表性的管内流速分布及其相关结果。通过添加均流板以及开孔布置和尺寸的优化,使管内流速分布的均匀性得到改善。
Model of tubes in tubular heat exchanger is built in software of Fluent. Means of k-ε model and simplification are applied in the calculation. Specific distribution of velocity and other parameters are obtained from the simulation. Through dimension optimization of the plank, uniformity of flow rate in the tubes is improved.
