摘要
面对目前的国际金融危机的经济形势,航运企业陷入需求大幅减少、运价大幅下跌、信贷大幅萎缩的状态,采用降本增效的有效应对措施,从系统设计,生产设计入手,研究减少电缆用量和避免浪费的有效途径。
In the condition of the international financial crisis, the international shipping industry began to shrink, its demand for ships began to decrease and the shipping freight also descended. Controlling the building cost becomes one of the effective measures to deal with the crisis. This paper introduces the measures to reduce the quantity of cable by improving system and production design.
