雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗良性胃溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin Capsules on Innocent Gastrelcosis

目的观察雷贝拉唑联用克拉霉素、阿莫西林胶囊治疗良性溃疡疗效。方法 120例良性溃疡病人随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗;对照组采用枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林胶囊冶疗。结果与对照组比较治疗组腹痛缓解快(P<0.01)。在6周后,治疗组和对照组腹痛缓解率分别是92.72%和82.14%(P<0.05)。溃疡愈合总有效率分别是94.54%和85.71%(P>0.05)。Hp阴转率分别是96.36%和87.5%(P>0.05)。半年后复发率分别为3.63%和17.85%(P<0.05)。结论治疗组治疗良性胃溃疡作用快、腹痛缓解率高、复发率低。

Objective To observe the curative effect of rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin capsules on innocent gastrelcosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with innocent gastrelcosis were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with rabeprazole combined with clarithromy and amoxicillin capsules,while the patients in control group were treated with bismuth potassium citrate combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin capsules.Results Compaired with control group,the relief time of abdominal pain in treatment group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.01）.After 6 weeks,the relief rate of abdominal pain in treatment group and control group was respectively 92.72% and 82.1%（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate was respectively 94.54% and 85.71%（P〈0.05）,and Hp negative rate was respectively 96.36% and 87.50%（P〈0.05）.After 6 months,the recurrence rate was 3.63% and 17.85%（P〈0.05）,respectively.Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin capsules can effectively treat innocent gastrelcosis with high relief rate of abdominal pain and low recurrence rate.
