摘要
文章分析了八钢120吨转炉配套的板坯连铸机,在浇铸铝镇静钢过程中,频繁出现中间包水口堵塞事故,结合生产实践对堵塞原因进行分析,阐述连铸水口堵塞机理并提出改善措施。
During casting Al-killed steelprocess,tundish nozzle blocking frequently the slab caster for120t convertor in Bayi Steel.This paper analyzes the reasons of nozzle blocking according the production practice,and improved measures are presented.
